Desirable Criteria:

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary/secondary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
