Vacancies for Two Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisory Assistants – Dual Role and Permanent
Payscale:
Teaching Assistant – Level 1 or Level 2 dependent on experience
Level 1 A1/ B1 £23,656 - £24,404 pro rata
Level 2 B2/B3 £25,183 - £27,269 pro rata
Midday Supervisory Assistant - A1 £23,656 pro rata
Hours per week:
Teaching Assistant: 28 hrs and 20 mins per week, term time only.
(Mon – Fri, 8.30am - 3.40pm with a 30-minute lunch break. If placed in KS1, there will be an extra hour paid to attend a Monday meeting 3.40pm – 4.40pm).
Midday Supervisory Assistant 5 hours per week term time only.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants/ Midday Supervisory Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive primary school community. They will be supporting classroom activities as well as sometimes supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, under the supervision of the teacher.
The successful candidates will also supervise and support the children during the lunchtime session. You must be willing to undertake both roles.
Post 1: ASAP Start
Post 2: September 1st Start

• A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude towards working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in supporting primary-aged children in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
• A commitment to providing high-quality support to children and assisting in their educational development.
• A willingness to learn and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement.
