Job Description

We are looking to work with an SEN Teaching Assistant who can work on a 1:1 basis with pupils in a primary school based in Middleton. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom, liaise with the teacher, promote engagement, and work 1:1 with children with educational and health needs. This role may require some personal care.

Details
  • Hours: 08.30 - 15.30 (32.5 hours), 5 days a week, September start
Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with and/or caring for children (in an education setting is desirable)
  • Hold a valid DBS (we can provide if you don't have one)
  • First aid qualification (desirable)
  • Committed to confidentiality and discretion
