These full-time roles are ideal for individuals with a background in psychology, counselling, youth work, or education, who are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students experiencing social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
Assist in the implementation of individualized support plans, including strategies to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to monitor and support students' progress.
Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
