Key Stage Teacher Supply is seeking a proactive Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackburn, supporting pupils across the classroom to help them engage with learning. This is a full-time post with hours 8:45am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, working closely with the class teacher to support pupils as required and help create an inclusive learning environment.

The school offers a supportive staff team and ongoing CPD opportunities, with a dedicated consultant

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based desirable).
• Experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, proactive and supportive approach.
• Team player with safeguarding commitment.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply.
