Theappointed candidate will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to make apositive contribution to our school. We have an expectation that all staff workto a high standard and have a conscientious approach to their work. Theappointed candidate must work effectively as part of a team but alsodemonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
Youwill need an understanding of the curriculum and assessment expectations aswell as a range of experience in working with children who have SEND. We areinterested in hearing from individuals with a range of talents, experiences andskills which will offer something unique to our school community. It is important to us that the appointed candidate shows versatility intheir work as our support staff work to provide general support in class aswell as working more closely with our children that have complex needs.
