Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hertford, Hertfordshire. You’ll gain practical classroom experience while working towards a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification worth £7,000, earning £55–£85 per day from day one.

This 11-month apprenticeship offers mentoring, ongoing school-based support and potential progression to HLTA, with opportunities to secure a permanent post after completion.

• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing, helping maintain a safe, nurturing and productive classroom environment.
