Outcomes First Group is hiring a Teaching Assistant at Care First: Great Barr Campus to support learners with SEND/SEMH. The role involves assisting teachers, supporting behaviour and wellbeing, and contributing to safer, inclusive learning environments.
We offer a permanent contract for term-time hours, with standard 37.5-hour weeks, and a salary around £22,161 per year. Enhanced DBS and driving licence are desirable, with travel between sites possible.
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
