Job summary

Outcomes First Group's Trent Acres School in Kings Bromley is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and additional needs on a 1:1 and small‑group basis, helping them grow confidence, communication and independence. This permanent role, term time only with hours 40 per week, offers a supportive team, ongoing training and clear progression opportunities. Start September 2026, 8.00am–4.00pm, UK applicants only.

  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can succeed.
  • Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, communication and social development throughout the school day.
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals to ensure every pupil receives consistent, high-quality support.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Trent Acres, Kings Bromley, DE13 7HR

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.00am – 4.00pm

Salary: £23,638 per annum (not pro rata)

Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

Start: September or earlier 2026
