Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant at Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge. The role is permanent, term time only, with a start in October 2026, salary £24,675 per annum, 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. UK applicants only; sponsorship not offered.

You will support pupils, work with teachers, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment. Joining our team means contributing to wellbeing and providing essential support to pupils to engage in learning and thrive

  • Creating a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Taking part in activities across the wider school day.
  • Celebrating progress, however big or small.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge, UB8 3HD
Salary: £24,675 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

You don’t need years of experience in education. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, resilience and passion to make a difference.You could be an experienced Teaching Assistant, looking for a new challenge, or someone from another background who has the patience, empathy and enthusiasm to build meaningful relationships with young people.

About Us

At Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 10 and 19. Located across two sites, our Secondary School supports around 125 students. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards a variety of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupil’s potential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives. We provide students with as much freedom as possible in a safe and supervised environment. This is achievable due to the dedication and support from a range of employed professionals who are passionate, reliable, and understanding.For over 19 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults.
