Job summary

You will work under supervision of teaching staff, assist with classrooms and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths (grade 4-9) or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship training will develop teaching assistant skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students’ learning and development under the direction of teaching staff.
• Collaborate with the teacher to use strategies that support learning goals.
• Provide accurate and constructive feedback to students under guidance.
• Promote inclusion and positive behaviour.
• Assist with supervision of groups and individuals during and outside lessons.
• Monitor student progress and report to teachers to support planning.
