Co-op Academy Medlock is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our nursery provision. You will deliver bespoke education tailored to meet the needs of 3 and 4 year olds, including those with complex requirements, developing personalised learning and using innovative methods to engage young learners.
The role requires an excellent early years practitioner with a passion for inclusive education, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
As a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant within our large nursery provision, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of our 3 & 4 year olds, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

Educated to a minimum of level 3 essential
