Job summary

Co-op Academy North Manchester is seeking an exceptional SEMH-focused professional to shape and lead a new provision within the academy. You will work under the Head of Provision to ensure that all pupils excel and succeed, using your extensive SEMH knowledge to inform practice and to support staff development.

The role emphasises safeguarding, collaborative culture and a commitment to Co-op values, with a closing date of 1 July 2026 and an interviews day to follow.

Job description

Working under the guidance of the Head of Provision you will contribute and lead on areas within the provision, using your extensive knowledge of SEMH to inform your approaches and to ensure that all pupils can both excel and succeed. You will provide specialist SEMH support for all learners, as well as contributing to the development of other staff within the area of SEMH.
