Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Wokingham. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support in and out of the classroom, helping pupils develop confidence and independence within a safe, inclusive environment.
The role involves supporting literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions, supervising pupils during breaks and visits, and contributing to safeguarding practices.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider staff team to provide high-quality support both in and out of the classroom. You will help to deliver an engaging curriculum, encourage pupils' confidence and independence, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and all relevant pre-employment checks in line with statutory guidance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
