Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work with individuals and groups to support learning and the welfare of pupils, including those with SEND, under supervision of teachers.

We value flexibility, enthusiasm to develop new skills, and a commitment to providing the best opportunities for our children. The role runs 30 hours per week over 38 weeks per year, with salary around £17,877.61 per annum.

Job description

Hours & Pay:

30 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 38 weeks per year; Actual pay from £17,877.61 pa.

Key Purpose:

To be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the teacher/senior staff: work with individuals/groups to support the learning and physical/general care of pupils, including those with SEND; enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the support of pupils and the classroom.
