Job description

This post is funded with EHCP funding and the role will oversee, coordinate and deliver targeted interventions and support for pupils with EHCPs, directing and supporting Teaching Assistants to implement aspects of EHCP provision where appropriate. We are a collaborative, values-driven family of small, nurturing, community-focused schools, where no one works in isolation. Our schools work closely together in geographical clusters, sharing expertise, resources, and innovation, while also benefiting from the strength and support of the wider network of schools. This is an inspiring, supportive place to build your career, where you can flourish, feel valued, and make a meaningful difference every day. We offer you the support of clear systems, protocols, expectations and structures to help you to succeed. You will need to show initiative, creativity and demonstrate the aptitude to work as part of a successful and growing team to improve the life chances of our pupils and make every child feel special.,
