You will collaborate with teaching staff on literacy and numeracy, deliver small group and 1:1 interventions, and help prepare learning resources.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to initiate the application).
  • Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
