Randstad Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in Bristol from September 2026. You will work with teachers to deliver literacy and numeracy activities and support pupil development.

The role is full-time, term-time only, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive PAYE daily rate and opportunities for safeguarding training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a readiness to initiate the application process).
  • Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
