Monarch Education are seeking experienced teaching assistants for primary schools in Sandwell, starting October 2026. Roles available both part-time and full-time with short- and long-term assignments. PAYE rates range from £93 to £100 per day; umbrella rate £110.24.

Ideal candidates will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs and assist teachers in creating inclusive learning environments. DBS and right to work in the UK are expected.

Teaching Assistant

Monarch Education are seeking experienced teaching assistant looking for work in a primary school setting from October 2026. If you are a teaching or learning support assistant, we would like to hear from you. We have work in Sandwell schools.

We are extremely busy with requests from our schools with the flexibility of working around your commitments as we offer part-time and full-time hours to suit as well as short-term and long-term assignments.

Responsibilities of the role include:

£93 to £100 per day PAYE - £110.24 Umbrella

• Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs
• Assist the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
