Job Title:
Teaching Assistant

Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary:
Up to £22,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
Contract:
Permanent, Term time only

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils diagnosed with Autism and possibly other needs, helping them to maximize their educational potential. Your responsibilities include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supporting their emotional and physical needs.

Essential Experience
  • Experience working in an educational setting

Norton College is a specialist school for students aged 11-19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury, dedicated to supporting young people with complex learning needs through vocational and bespoke learning programs.
