As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils diagnosed with Autism and possibly other needs, helping them maximize their educational potential. You will prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and support their emotional and physical needs to foster their development and engagement.

Norton College is a specialist school for secondary students aged 11-19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury, supporting young people with complex learning needs through vocational and bespoke learning programs.
