You will work in partnership with teachers to improve learning and help students achieve their goals. Your focus will be on building independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and empathy in your interactions with students. We are looking for someone with GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4+) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards functional skills. Experience of working in a school or with young people is desirable, but not essential. Do you enjoy working together with colleagues as a trusted team member, understanding your role and providing support when needed?
