Lift Broadlands is a small secondary school in Keynsham that fosters a nurturing environment for students aged 11–16. The role involves working in partnership with teachers to support students in accessing the curriculum, participating in learning, and achieving their potential. As a Teaching Assistant you will promote independence, self‑esteem, and social inclusion while helping students attain academic success.
You will have an L3 Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to work towards it, with an understanding of pupils’ varied learning needs. Patience, a calm demeanour, empathy, and the ability to engage and enthuse students are essential.
