Job summary

TeacherActive is supporting a welcoming school in Taunton that is looking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant from September. The role includes supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping with engagement, emotional regulation and learning.

The successful candidate will have SEND experience (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH), a caring and proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills to build relationships with pupils and staff.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
