Job summary

Academics is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Swanley to support students with autism, ADHD, MLD and related needs in a specialist secondary setting. You will help create a structured, nurturing learning environment and assist with day-to-day class activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior SEN experience, stay calm, patient and resilient, build strong relationships with pupils and work effectively as part of a team. Immediate start available.
