SMART Education Recruitment Ltd in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school from September to support pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD and related behavioural challenges. The contract is long-term with PAYE or Umbrella payment options. A calm, resilient approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months.
