Job summary

TeacherActive is assisting a mainstream secondary school in Mansfield in their search for a Teaching Assistant starting this September. You will work across KS3/KS4 (and sometimes KS5) to help students access learning and achieve excellent results.

The role requires experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary setting, SEND experience, and a proactive classroom approach. Onboarding support, CPD options, competitive pay, and referral bonuses are highlighted in the package.

We are looking to take on a Teaching Assistant to start this September. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (sometimes Key Stage 5 too) helping students achieve excellent results and to enable all students to have access to learning.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred experience withing Secondary School setting)
• Experience with SEND
• Proactive attitude in the classroom
