Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a flexible day-to-day Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role offers immediate start and the ability to choose when and where you work, with daily rates of £90-£110.

You’ll assist with classroom activities, support pupils across EYFS to KS2, and provide 1:1 or small-group help, including SEND. A TA qualification is desirable and prior experience in primary settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children in a Primary School setting.
• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable).
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
