Job summary

Catholic Partnership Supply Service (CPSS) seeks a Teaching Assistant for a Primary school in the Smethwick area. This full-time role starts immediately and focuses on pupils with SEN across all key stages.

Job description

The Catholic Partnership Supply Service (CPSS) is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in at a Primary school based in the Smethwick area , This is a full time role starting immediately.

This position is a flexible TA role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across all key stages. Responsibilities include delivering targeted interventions to help pupils access the curriculum effectively, as well as supporting children with complex needs. This may involve working within SEND hubs, providing support outside the classroom, and assisting with personal care, where required.

Qualifications We Will Consider:
  • Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or above)
  • University graduates
  • Childcare qualifications (Level 2 or above)
  • Health and Social Care qualifications (with school experience or basic phonics knowledge)
  • Unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant classroom experience
