Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Bishop's Stortford and East Hertfordshire, including Sawbridgeworth, Stansted Mountfitchet, and Takeley.

Whether you are an experienced TA, a graduate stepping into education, or from a care background, we offer flexible full-time, part-time or ad-hoc schedules with weekly PAYE pay and ongoing professional training through a local education consultant. Residency within easy commuting distance (CM23) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, sports coaching, or youth work.
• Patient, empathetic, and can-do approach to classroom support.
• Strong communication skills with English and Maths proficiency.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Candidates must reside in or near Bishops Stortford (CM23) or within easy commuting distance.
