Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to support young learners across Bishop's Stortford and East Hertfordshire, including Sawbridgeworth and Stansted Mountfitchet.

Supports daily lesson delivery with teachers, 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost reading, writing and numeracy, and helps create an inclusive learning environment. Various full-time, part-time or ad-hoc schedules available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people in settings such as schools, nurseries, sports coaching, or youth work.
• A patient, empathetic, and "can-do" approach to classroom support.
• Strong communication skills with a good proficiency in English and Maths.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check).
• Candidates must reside in or within easy commuting distance of Bishop's Stortford (CM23).
