Job summary

Blatchington Mill School in Portslade by Sea is seeking a teaching assistant to support pupils with diverse learning needs. You will help address barriers to learning, promote independence and assist with classroom management.

Working under guidance, you will support students with physical, medical or learning difficulties, both in and out of the classroom. Flexible and part-time arrangements can be considered where appropriate.

We are looking for a TA with an interest in working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who is conscientious and empathetic. This role requires a positive and creative approach and an ability to support students with learning both in and out of the classroom. This post is to support students with either physical, medical or learning difficulties.
