Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for schools across Walsall. We have both full-time and flexible part-time roles, with start dates available ASAP or from September, to support learners across age ranges and SEN needs.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same! You'll be:

• Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher
• Working 1:1 or in small groups, including with pupils with SEN, SEMH, EAL or behavioural needs
• Assisting with education and behaviour plansPromoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem
• Giving feedback to help pupils grow
• Supporting classroom displays and organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (we’ll ask for references)
