Job summary

Academics is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants for flexible work in primary schools across Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Sutton Coldfield. This role involves supporting pupils across all primary year groups, working closely with class teachers and providing both 1:1 and small group assistance.

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and should have a desire to support children’s learning and development. Opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a school setting is desirable.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Sutton Coldfield.

The Role:
