Job summary

Destination Education is seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with additional needs across EYFS to KS2 in Wellingborough and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible Full-Time, Part-Time and Long-Term opportunities with competitive daily rates. You’ll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support, encouraging independence and inclusive learning in welcoming schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Needs, SEMH) is advantageous.
• Patient, caring and positive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable and resilient.
• Genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential.

As demand for specialist classroom support continues to grow, we're looking for compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic.SEN Teaching Assistants (LSAs) to support children with a range of additional needs across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, a Learning Support Assistant, or someone with transferable experience working with children or young people, we'd love to hear from you.
