Job summary

Mana Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream settings. Roles include day‑to‑day supply, long‑term placements and permanent opportunities in Wellingborough and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, SEMH, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex needs, and a patient, adaptable approach to helping children reach their potential in education.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK schools or supporting children/young people in educational settings.
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
