Job summary

Strategy Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to work across secondary schools in London. You will support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, either 1:1 or in small groups.

SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Whether you’re a graduate looking to move into education, or you already have experience working in schools or care settings, we are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants / LSAs to work across secondary schools in London.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant / LSA, you will support students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You may work 1:1 with a student or support small groups, helping them access the curriculum and engage in school life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for students with SEN
  • Assisting students with their learning, both in and out of the classroom
  • Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

Ideal Candidates Will Have
  • A degree or relevant experience in education, care, or support work
