Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. is seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, temporary role in Newcastle. The post runs from November 2026 to July 2027, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

You will support children across the provision, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification and have recent experience in a Primary setting.

Teaching Assistant(Full Time, Temporary)

£480 - £500 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

We are looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Newcastle. This full-time role is due to begin in November and will continue until July. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Working within the team, the desired Teaching Assistant will support children across the provision, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate must hold a full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification and have recent experience working within a Primary setting. A strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and supporting children with a range of needs is essential.
