Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a part-time, temporary Teaching Assistant in Newcastle upon Tyne to support a Year 5 pupil 1:1, focusing on KS2 and SEND needs. The role runs 08:30–12:30, Monday to Friday, with potential for permanence for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will have KS2 experience, SEND knowledge, and strong communication skills, working well independently and as part of a team within a supportive school environment.

The School and Role

A Primary School situated in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant to join their established team. The successful candidate will offer 1:1 support to a child in Year 5, helping them to access the curriculum and advance academically. Prior knowledge of the upper KS2 curriculum is essential for this role. The working hours will be 08:30-12:30, Monday - Friday, with potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.
