Job summary

Rikama Education in Maidstone is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 with EHCPs for SEMH, often alongside ASC, ADHD and attachment difficulties. You will provide 1:1 and small‑group support within a trauma‑informed, nurturing classroom.

Qualifications

Job description

Rikama Education is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant for a vibrant specialist school in Maidstone.

  • Understanding of safeguarding.
  • Desirable: Relevant TA qualification
