Job summary

Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a primary school in the Sidcup area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.

You will work 1:1 with a pupil who needs additional support, with experience in EYFS, KS1 & KS2 preferred. The role offers a long-term contract with potential to go permanent and attractive pay rates.

Qualifications

• Extended knowledge of SEN.
• Experience of working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil.
• 6 months+ of classroom support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil to aid learning.
• Assist classroom activities and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers to track progress and adapt support.
