Job summary

Statham Primary School in the United Kingdom is seeking a teaching assistant to support EYFS and KS1 pupils, including those with additional needs. You will help with personal care and ensure safe access to activities during learning and lunch times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide particular support for EYFS/KS1 pupils with additional needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities

• Assist with the development and implementation of Pupil Profiles / Behaviour plans and Personal Care programs

• Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs

• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils

• Encourage interaction with others and engage in activities led by the teacher
