Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate teaching assistant to support pupils in classrooms across Caerphilly. You will assist with lessons, work with individuals or small groups, and help with routines and safeguarding processes.

The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment, encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement, and supporting pupils with additional learning needs as required.
