Job summary

Engage Education Ltd in Bromley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a supportive primary school environment. The role involves 1:1 and small-group work to access the curriculum and assist teachers with differentiated learning activities.

You will help create an inclusive classroom, support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, and contribute to pupil wellbeing and progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Patience, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
