Job summary

Engage Education in Dartford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access the curriculum. You will assist teachers with differentiated activities and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment tailored to SEN needs.

Applicants should have SEN experience, a Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, and demonstrate patience and teamwork. DBS check will be provided, and CPD training is offered by our experienced team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
