Job summary

Engage Education Ltd in Watford is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You’ll assist 1:1 and small groups, help teachers differentiate activities, and foster an inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Watford

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
