Engage Education in Bromley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils in a mainstream Outstanding Primary School. The role offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with a daily pay rate of £95.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum and participate in differentiated activities. The ideal candidate will have prior SEN experience and a Level 2/3 TA qualification, with a patient and adaptable approach to fostering an inclusive learning

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
• Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
• Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme

What we’re looking for:
