Job summary

A leading educational recruitment agency is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs. Key responsibilities include implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient in approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and safeguarding aware.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Bonus: TA L2/3 or related qualifications, Makaton/PECS or behaviour management.

  • Bonus: Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA L2/3), experience with Makaton/PECS, or behaviour management.
