Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse needs in a compassionate, inclusive setting.

You will work closely with the class teacher to implement IEPs, adapt learning materials, and monitor progress, while fostering confidence and independence. This role emphasizes safeguarding, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with families and specialists to ensure each child can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).

Responsibilities
