Job summary

Aspire People in Mablethorpe is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Overview

Join Our Team as a Dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This role supports children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them thrive academically and personally in an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
  • Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student\'s progress.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
